Camina is a bakery in Chico, CA. A collaboration between the bakers Kenneth Curran and Tatton White, Camina brings together their shared love of baking naturally-leavened breads and traditional French croissants.
Camina serves both Chico and Sacramento through farmers markets, grocery, restaurants, and cafes. We are a wholesale bakery and do not have a storefront. Please visit Where to Buy for locations where you can find our products.
All of our products use organic flours and we focus on stone-milled flours wherever we can. Through a commitment to the highest quality ingredients and careful baking processes, we believe that we offer baked goods that are truly exceptional.
