Camina is a newly-formed bakery in Chico, CA. A collaboration between the bakers Kenneth Curran and Tatton White, Camina brings together their shared love of baking naturally-leavened breads and traditional French croissants.
Beginning as the projects Takeaway Inc and Bread Itself, Camina now combines baking forces into one brand.
All of our products use organic grains and we focus on stone-milled flours wherever we can. Through a commitment to the highest quality ingredients and careful baking processes, we believe that we offer baked goods that are truly exceptional.
Camina serves both Chico and Sacramento through farmers markets, pop-ups, restaurants, and cafes.
